Price list: 9 Ripple laptops, ‘made in Nepal’ for Nepali gamers

Rippletech claims to be the first laptop manufacturer in Nepal. With the objective of fulfilling the aspiration of Nepalis people for gaming laptops, Rippletech is offering premium gaming laptops at competitive pricing.

There are currently five laptop series and nine models from Rippletech and its latest Nova series has made Ripple the first brand to launch 12th Gen Intel laptops in Nepal.

The products delivered from Ripple (hardware parts) come with a two-year warranty followed by lifetime technical support and free servicing if required. This can be a great method to let the customers feel their investment will serve them well.

Today, we will provide you with the list and price of all the Ripple laptops offered by the company.

Specifications

Ripple Raze features a 15.6-inch 144Hz IPS anti-glare display with 98% sRGB colour coverage. The laptop is powered by an Intel Core i5-11400H processor which is coupled up by the Nvidia RTX3050 Max-P 4GB GDDR6 for the graphics. It runs on Windows Professional and has a battery life of up to five hours.

The base variant of Ripple Raze comes with 8GB of RAM and 256 GB of SSD storage which can be further expanded up to 32GB and 1TB respectively. As the laptop has a metal build, it weighs heavily at 2.2 kg.

Meanwhile, the Raze Pro offers a similar set of specs but differs on the price and processor. Raze Pro features Intel Core i7-11800H instead of i5-11400H on Raze. The Pro model also features Nvidia RTX 3060 Max-P 6GB GDDR6 for graphics.

The price of Ripple Raze starts from Rs 135,000 to Rs 165,000 and the price of Ripple Raze Pro starts from Rs 185,000 to Rs 210,000.

Ripple Artifact is the company’s first product in the market. The laptop features a 15.6-inch FHD 144Hz display. Ripple is powered by an Intel Core i5-10300H processor coupled up with GeForce GTX 1650 Ti for the graphics. It runs on Windows Professional and has a 120 watts power supply and 4 cells Smart lithium-ion battery pack, (41Wh) that can last up to five hours.

Ripple Artifact comes with 8GB of DDR4 RAM and 256 GB of SSD storage in the base variant. The RAM can be upgraded up to 32GB and the storage can be upgraded up to 1TB. Ripple Artifact also features high-def audio speakers, Sound Blaster Cinema 6 for a better audio experience. The laptop weighs around 2.2 kg.

On the other hand, the Ripple Artifact Pro is powered by AMD Ryzen 7 4800H processor while the graphics are handled by NVIDIA’s RTX 2060 Max-P graphics. Artifact Pro too comes with 8GB of DDR4 RAM and 256GB of SSD on the base variant. This RAM and internal storage of this laptop too can be upgraded to 32GB and 1TB respectively. An additional feature of the Pro version is that the user has the choice to upgrade their graphics too. The user can choose up to RTX 3060 GPU for their laptop.

Ripple Artifact’s pricing starts from Rs 116,000 to Rs 151,000 and Ripple Artifact starts from Rs 175,000 to Rs 235,000.

Ripple Genos series are specially designed for all the gamers out there. This can be a great purchase if the users choose performance over everything. These specific models from Ripple are powered with desktop-grade 3rdGen Ryzen CPUs that is sure to enable powerful gaming performance.

Ripple Genos features a 15.6-inch Full HD, 144Hz display with a resolution of 1,920*1,080 pixels. Genos is powered by AMD Ryzen 7 3700X CPU processor (8 cores, 16 threads) and the graphical duty is handled by NVIDIA’s RTX 2060. The Max-P GPU features 8GB of GDDR6 VRAM. With a base clock speed of 3.6GHz, the laptop can boost up to 4.4GHz clock speed during peak performance.

Ripple Genos Pro meanwhile is powered by AMD Ryzen 9 3900X CPU(12 cores, 24 threads) instead. This laptop has NVIDIA’s RTX 2070 GPU for the graphics which also features 8GB of GDDR6 VRAM. The base clock speeds at 3.8Ghz and can boost up to 4.6GHz.

The base models of both laptops feature 8GB DDR4 RAM and 256GB SSD of storage and are expandable up to 32GB and 1TB respectively. Similarly, the operating system on the laptop is Windows Professional and also both these laptops incorporate the 2*DDR4 SO-DIMM memory.The Genos series laptops feature 62Wh li-ion batteries that can provide up to five hours of battery life. The Genos series also includes high definition audio, stereo speakers, a microphone with noise cancelling and Sound Blaster Cinema 6. Everything included in this laptop makes it one of the best gaming laptops in Nepal at the moment.

Coming to portability, all these power figures have led to the laptops weighing heavily at 2.6 kg.

Ripple Genos’s prices start from Rs 185,000 and reach up to Rs 220,000. Genos Pro is priced from Rs 225,000 to Rs 260,000.

Pandora Ryzen is the only non-gaming laptop from Ripple. This laptop is focused on general and professional use. The laptop features a 60Hz, 14-inch full HD IPS display with a resolution of 1,920*1,080 resolution with 100% sRGB colour coverage. Since this laptop has a magnesium build quality, it weighs lightly at 0.98 kg only making it portable for the users.

Pandora Ryzen runs on Windows 11 and is powered by AMD Ryzen 7 5700U processor and is coupled up with AMD Radeon Vega 8 graphics. The base variant of Pandora Ryzen features 8GB DDR4 RAM and 256GB SSD of storage. Both RAM and storage of the laptop can be upgraded to 32GB and 1TB respectively.

It features a 46.74 Wh li-ion battery that can provide an incredible battery backup for up to 10 hours.

Ripple Pandora Ryzen’s price starts from Rs 98,000 and reaches up to Rs 134,000.

With the launch of the Nova series, Ripple has become the first brand to launch 12th Gen Intel laptops in Nepal. The two laptops are identical in terms of design and weight. The internal configurations are what differentiate them from each other.

The graphics on the laptop is handled by Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti OC Max-P. The laptop’s base variant features 8GB DDR4 RAM and 256GB SSD storage which can be upgraded to 32GB and 1TB respectively.

Similarly Nova Pro is a powerful 12th generation gaming laptop. It features a 15.6-inch, 165Hz, narrow bezels QHD panel with a resolution of 2,560*1,440 pixels. The laptop runs on Windows 11 Professional and is powered by an Intel 12th Gen 12700H (12 cores, 20 threads) processor. The graphics on this laptop are handled by Nvidia RTX 3060, OC Max-P. It also features 8GB DDR5 RAM and 256GB SSD storage on its base variant. The user has the option to upgrade the storage to 1TB.

Ripple Nova and Nova Pro weigh 1.91 kg and feature a full-size RGB keyboard. They also offer elite audio quality and Ripple Nova has 3rd Gen X cooling features for a superior gaming experience.

Ripple Nova is priced at Rs 138,000 for the base model and reaches up to Rs 174,000. Ripple Nova Pro is priced at Rs 192,000 for the base model and reaches up to Rs 210,000.
