If you’re in the market for new earbuds, Walmart just dropped a compelling deal. New Apple Airpods Pro with wireless charging case are now on sale at Walmart for just $159. The earbuds normally retail for $249. Multiple sites, including TechRadar, CNET and MacRumors, say that this is the lowest price ever, with TechRadar simply writing: “Walmart has kicked off its Black Friday sale with an incredible deal on the AirPods Pro, which brings them down to their lowest ever price.” And it’s $10 less than the lowest price we saw on Amazon ($169.99), according to data from price-tracking app CamelCamelCamel.Lowest Price of the Year

Many reviewers give high marks to these headphones, with CNET writing of the AirPods Pro: “Their winning design and fit, improved bass performance, effective noise cancellation and excellent call quality make these earbuds a top true-wireless choice — even months after their release.”Of course, there are other options for headphones (see what our reviewer recommends below), some of which cost less.

If you are looking for earbuds, Apple’s Airpods Pro are not the only game in town. MarketWatch Picks reviewer Alisa Wolfson recently tested five alternatives to the Apple AirPods Pro, and her pick for best earbuds were the Beats Studio Buds, $149.95 on Amazon. “Setup is simple (my iPhone immediately recognized and paired with the earbuds via Bluetooth) and these earbuds match the quality and sleek look of Apple’s AirPods Pro. (Apple itself owns Beats now.) In addition to white, they come in red and black and the actual earbuds themselves are shorter than the AirPod Pro model, making them rest more flush against my ear, which I liked. The charging case these come with is smooth yet substantial, with a strong magnetic pull keeping the Studio Buds in place. Though I tested these with my iPhone, they also work with Android,” she writes. You can read her full review here.
